In ensuring minimum training standards, the employing organisation should be assured that those learning facilitators that are involved in the delivery of Resuscitation education or training have the appropriate qualifications, experience or background to deliver training to a satisfactory standard. This may include the following: A relevant professional and/or healthcare qualification and/or experience, for example, a Resuscitation Officer.
